Workshops that give students language for what they're already feeling.

For secondary students (Years 7–13) and staff, aligned to PSHE goals and IBO, CIS, COBIS, and NEASC accreditation requirements.

Built for international schools — serving Years 7–13 students and staff on the English-language IB, CIS, COBIS, and NEASC curriculum, delivered in person or online for schools further afield.

A 12-week curriculum, already built and tested.

Every package draws from the same 12-week curriculum — a Single Session covers one theme, the 12-Week Curriculum runs through all twelve in sequence, and the Half-Day and Full-Day workshops combine several into structured blocks.

Helping students identify, name, and understand the physical manifestations of their emotions. Developing the vocabulary required to communicate internal states effectively.

  • Understanding emotions
  • Naming & expressing emotions
  • Emotional overwhelm

Understanding the body's stress response and building practical tools to manage exam pressure, worry, and anxious thoughts.

  • Recognising stress signals
  • Exam & performance pressure
  • Calming techniques

Developing healthy strategies to self-regulate, reset, and respond to difficult moments with resilience.

  • Self-regulation strategies
  • Healthy coping habits
  • Building resilience

Nurturing self-esteem, a growth mindset, and the confidence to grow through challenges.

  • Building self-esteem
  • Growth mindset
  • Confidence & identity

Half-Day Workshop combines three of these into one day: Understanding Emotions & Naming Feelings, Stress, Exam Pressure & Anxiety, and Coping Strategies, Self-Regulation & Rest. Full-Day Programme covers all four categories across rotating blocks, opening and closing as a whole year group.

The same reliable anatomy, every time.

However long the package, every session is built the same way — so students and staff know what to expect whether it’s a single 60-minute session or one block of a Full-Day Programme.

Group agreements & check-in

Confidentiality, no pressure to share, and permission to just listen — set before anything else.

Understanding the topic

The psychology explained in accessible, age-appropriate language — grounded in evidence, not opinion.

Tips & tools

Practical strategies students can start using the same day, not abstract theory.

A guided group activity

Interactive exercises — never a lecture — so students apply the idea, not just hear it.

Discussion questions

Open, reflective conversation with space for silence — no one is put on the spot.

Reflection & support

A closing personal reflection, plus clear signposting to the school counsellor and helplines.

Choose the depth that fits your school year.
